Refund & Cancellation Policy
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we belive that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.
At The Body Care each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.
We understand that sometimes a person takes a decision and wish that it could be taken back!
If the cancellation is requested before the order has been packed and shipped, we will refund your money within 48 to 72 hours. If the customer requests for cancellation after the product is packed and shipped, In such cases cancellations will be accepted but the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours after we receive the product. Any VAT/CST that has been paid will also be refunded.
In Case of Returning a Product Please make sure that:
the product was purchased in the last 30 days
and the product is in its original packaging.
